Join us for a fun-filled morning of creativity at our Sip and Paint for Kids workshop! This time, we're diving into the world of animal portraits, where young artists can unleash their imaginations and bring their favorite creatures to life on canvas.
What to Expect:
Kids will start with a guided session on how to sketch their chosen animal using our reference images—whether it’s a majestic lion, a colorful parrot, or a playful puppy. Then, we’ll move on to the exciting part: painting with acrylics! Our friendly instructors will teach budding artists the essentials of color mixing, layering, and how to create a dynamic background and foreground to make their animals pop.
Throughout the workshop, kids will learn key techniques such as:
Mixing Colors: Discover how to blend colors to create beautiful shades and tones.
Background and Foreground: Understand how to create depth and make their portraits stand out.
Applying a Flat Coat: Learn the basics of applying a smooth, even layer of paint to bring their creations to life.
And of course, there’ll be plenty of juice to sip while they paint, keeping the creative juices flowing! It’s a great way to explore art in a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment.
